Michael Palmer- Managing Principal
Mr. Palmer is a CPA and one of the founding partners of Parks, Palmer, Turner & Yemenidjian, LLP. Century Business Services (CBIZ), a NASDAQ COMPANY, acquired PPTY in 1998. Mr. Palmer is also a co-founder of RCMI, which has a reputation as one of the leading experts in the acquisition, development, management and ownership of a diverse portfolio of real estate projects in excess of $450 million dollars. Additionally, Mr. Palmer has a strong background in the hospitality industry. In addition to owning hotels, Mr. Palmer serves as the Managing Director of K Hotels. Mr. Palmer’s educational background includes a BS and a Master’s Degree in Business Taxation from USC. Mr. Palmer is a co-founder of CaRE and brings a wealth of financial, real estate and hospitality knowledge.

Steve Shpilsky-Managing Principal
Mr. Shpilsky is a CPA, co-founder of CaRE, and serves as the Managing Principal of Hollywood Film Capital, an entertainment EB-5 Regional Center. Prior to CaRE, Mr. Shpilsky managed a Euro 100M real estate fund in Eastern Europe. Mr. Shpilsky was also a Sr. Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Advisory group in San Francisco and Moscow, Russia helping clients save millions of dollars in cross boarder business matters. Mr. Shpilsky currently sits on the Advisory Board of www.Bay.ru, one of Russia’s fastest growing e-commerce sites. Mr. Shpilsky received both a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Alexandra Brand- Esq.
Ms. Brand holds a BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance, from USC. In addition, Ms. Brand holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. Upon passing the California Bar, Ms. Brand started her career for an exclusive real estate and business boutique law firm. In addition, Ms. Brand holds a Real Estate Broker’s License from the State of California. Ms. Brand developed an interest in Real Estate while gaining experience working for the GC to Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.
