When applying to the EB-5 Visa program, USCIS requires a number of filings. Documentation required at the I-526 stage includes, but is not limited to:

1. Project Documentation- Provided by CaRE
2. Personal Documentation- This will require items such as your passport and family member passports, evidence of your investment, any prior applications for immigration, evidence of any civil or criminal proceedings involving the applicant.
3. Financial Documentation- Items such as tax returns, bank statements, business licenses and financial statements.
