Since 2011, CaRE has closed over $200 million in EB-5 capital from over 400 international investors financing over $600 million of hotel developments and is creating more than 6000 new jobs in the US. CaRE is currently raising EB-5 capital for its 401-key Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Hotel across from Los Angeles International Airport and an under-construction, 151-key Marriott Autograph Hotel near Manhattan.

Steve R. Shpilsky, MBA, CPA
Steve Shpilsky is co-founder of California Real Estate Regional Center (CaRE). He has over 10 years of Real Estate fund management, development, and EB-5 experience. Under Steve’s leadership, CaRE has sponsored over $200 million of EB-5 capital for US hotel projects valued at over $600 million.
Steve spent 7 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in San Jose, San Francisco and Moscow, Russia as a Senior Manager in the Advisory Group specializing in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-money laundering, financial due diligence, regulatory compliance and complex cross border matters. He went on to manage a €100 million real estate fund and acquired a $660 million US office portfolio on behalf of a Russian family office.
Steve is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle, an Advisor to Banc of California (NYSE: BANC), and serves as President of the Board of FC Los Angeles. He received his B.S. in Accounting and MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Raised in Los Angeles, CA, Steve attended Beverly Hills High School.
