Steve manages and has invested over $230 million in hotel projects valued at over $750 million. In 2010, he started California Real Estate Regional Center, one of the most successful and respected EB-5 Regional Centers in Los Angeles. Steve is also co-GP of a $120+ million 250K sqft office building to 401 key hotel conversion by LAX
Michael Palmer, MBT, CPA
Managing Member & Co-Founder
As co-founder of CaRE, Michael Palmer brings over 30 years of financial, real estate, and hospitality experience. Prior to founding CaRE, Michael founded Parks, Palmer, Turner & Yemenidjian, LLP (PPTY), one of the largest regional accounting and tax firms in California.
Andrew Swerdloff
Andrew Swerdloff has over 13 years of private equity and hospitality and multifamily real estate finance, development, and construction experience. Andrew has financed and developed over $650 million of hotels (930 keys), including the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and the dual-branded LAX Hyatt House/Place Hotel.
Alexandra Brand, Esq
Legal Consultant
Since 2011 Alexandra Brand has served as legal consultant and project coordinator for CaRE. Alexandra began her legal career at Greene Fidler & Chaplan (GFC), a real estate and business law firm in Los Angeles.
